# Your data

This is what is on the server, and nothing else about you. When it changes, this page changes with it.

The rest — why each thing is kept, where, for how long, and how to ask for it to be deleted — is in the [privacy notice](/en/privacy.md), together with the [terms of use](/en/terms.md).

- ### Your sign-in

The e-mail address you sign in with, the language chosen when you were invited, whether the address is confirmed, and the dates the account was created and last changed.

- ### Your level

Whether you use the app or administer it, and whether your account is active, suspended or waiting for its first sign-in.

- ### The list of people

Whoever administers sees the same list: addresses, levels and the state of everyone invited. That is where an account is revoked.

- ### The server logs

Every request leaves a technical line with your account number — not your e-mail address. After seven days the line is gone.

- ### Your list, if you are not in a group

The list, the favourites, the shops you hid and the shop settings — names, colours, copies, department order — are also kept in your account, so a second phone signed in to it shows the same. If you join a group they become the group's; hidden shops stay yours alone.

- ### Your group, if you have one

People who share the shopping keep a list and a set of favourites in common on the server, the group's shops with their copies, their names, their colours, their department order and which copy is the everyday one, who belongs and since when, the invitations still open with the address they were sent to, and the invitation links still valid, kept as a fingerprint and never as the link itself.

- ### Your meal plan, if you keep one

Meals, portions, supplements and notes as you wrote them or as Claude transcribed them, and archived plans. It is health data: your group sees it only if you do not hide it, you delete it whenever you like, and nothing is kept of the document it came from.

- ### Your allergies and body, if you write them

Allergies, intolerances, health conditions, foods you dislike, height, weight, year of birth and sex — all optional. It is health data: everyone in your group reads it so the shopping fits you, only you change it, and it goes with your account.

- ### The name you choose, if you choose one

Up to thirty characters, which your group and whoever administers see in place of your address. Remove it whenever you like.

- ### How much you use Claude, if you connect it

How many times a day Claude uses SingleMall for you, and your daily allowance. A day's count deletes itself after three days; what Claude reads or writes never goes into the logs.

- ### The suggestions you send

On the server, only how many you sent today, deleted after two days. The text and the pictures become a note in a private project on GitHub, with no name and no address.

- ### Your phone's address

For each phone you sign in on, the address the app is woken at when somebody in your group changes the list. It holds nothing you wrote. It goes when you sign out, and in any case after sixty days without being used.

- ### Your Home Assistant's connection, if you use it

While your Home Assistant is connected, the address of its connection, so it can be told when the list changes. It holds nothing you wrote. It goes when the connection closes, and in any case after a little over two hours.

- ### Products joined together

When whoever administers decides that two entries are the same product, that decision is written down. It is about products, not about people.

- ### The catalogue

Products and prices copied from what the shops publish. It is the bulk of what sits on the server and it is nobody's in particular.
